How to make
Beat the eggs in a bowl with a mixer. In the yogurt put the soda to activate and stir with a small spoon.
Add the sugar, the yogurt in which you put the soda and continue to beat. Then add the oil and mix. Sift the flour and add it slowly to the mixture, by stirring.
Grease a muffin tin with oil and sprinkle with flour very well. Pour approximately 2/3 of the mixture into 12 muffin tins.
In the remaining 1/3, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa and stir until the mixture is nicely brown and aromatic. I use regular cocoa powder.
Spread it evenly on each muffin with a spoon. Bake in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C). Bake for about 25 minutes. Enjoy! The colorful cocoa muffins are ready.
