How to make
Put about 800 ml of the fresh milk on the stove to boil in a suitable vessel.
Separate about 200 ml or 1 cup of the milk into a separate bowl.
Dissolve the starch in it along with the sugar and vanilla.
Separate only the yolks of the eggs in another vessel.
When the milk boils on the stove, add the butter and reduce the heat. Wait for it to melt.
Once this is done, add the rest of the sweetened milk with starch and the egg yolks.
Stir the vanilla pudding and leave it on the stove until the mixture thickens.
Serve the homemade vanilla cream with chocolate chips in dessert bowls and top it with crushed dark chocolate.
