How to make
Put the milk to heat up in a container on the stove and mix it with the semolina and grated white chocolate until it swells. Then add the almonds.
Separately, beat the eggs with the sugar until whitened in a metal container. Put it in a water bath and whip with a whisk until the mixture thickens, while being careful not to cook the eggs.
Combine the semolina and egg mixtures. Pour it into a buttered tray and put it to bake in a moderately heated oven.
Cut the dessert with semolina and white chocolate once it is completely cool.
