How to make
The frozen octopuses are placed in a pot of water.
Add the bay leaves, sea salt, black peppercorns and let it boil for 35-40 minutes.
Put the olive oil, the lemon, cut in two, the pressed garlic, sea salt, season with lovage, oregano and ground black pepper in the casserole.
Everything is placed on the stove and boiled.
As soon as the octopuses are cooked, drain them from the water and put them in a suitable container and cover them with the hot marinade.
When the marinade cools, the container is closed.
Store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
The marinated octopus is great as an addition to a salad or can be eaten as it is.
