How to make
The potatoes are boiled with the peel in salted water, 20 minutes after boiling they are removed from the heat.
They are peeled and cut into large pieces in a suitable tray, salted and poured with melted butter.
Sprinkle with black pepper and add sliced garlic. They are mixed to absorb the spices and half of the dill is added.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes in the heated oven. After baking, the sautéed potatoes are sprinkled with the remaining dill.
They go very well with garlic sauce.
The Sautéed Garlic Potatoes are ready.
