How to make
Peel the pumpkin. Clean it from the seeds. Cut it into small pieces.
Put it in a small baking pan. Sprinkle it with brown sugar.
Cut the butter on top.
Heat the oven to 390°F (200°C) and bake for about an hour, an hour and a half.
Remove the roasted pumpkin and let it cool.
Serve your roasted pumpkin cold.
*You don't have to add sugar, but if you want you can pour a little honey over it when serving.
*Do not put water in the baking pan. The pumpkin releases enough water when baking, otherwise you run the risk of it becoming too watery.
