  • sugar - 7 oz (200 g)
  • whipped cream - 3.5 oz (100 g) vanilla flavored
  • milk - 7 fl oz (200 ml) cold
  • sour cream - 6.5 oz (180 g)
  • biscuits - 6.4 oz (180 g) powder

How to make

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Then with the mixer beat the egg whites until a white mixture is obtained.

Gradually add the sugar and beat continuously with the mixer until the sugar melts and combines with the egg whites.

Add the egg yolks and mix. Separately, beat the whipped cream with the cold fresh milk, add the sour cream and beat with the mixer.

Add the resulting mixture to the egg mixture and beat again with the mixer. Add the crushed biscuits and slowly mix by hand with a whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Pour the resulting mixture into a plastic bowl with a lid and put it in the freezer for an hour or two (until it hardens).
