How to make
Wash the boneless chicken thighs well and before putting them in the marinade, slightly cut them lengthwise or we can pound them with a meat mallet. We do this to make them thinner, which is important for baking them.
After we have processed the meat, we proceed to flavoring it.
Pour the soy sauce, honey, mustard, paprika and black pepper into a deep bowl and stir everything to mix all the ingredients well.
We do not add salt to the mixture because soy sauce is salty enough.
Arrange the chicken steaks in the bowl and mix until the marinade covers each steak thoroughly on all sides.
Let them absorb the marinade for 15-20 minutes.
After the time is up, we grab a cookware in which we will bake the chicken steaks, pour some oil and arrange the steaks.
Place them in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
Take them out and put one or two slices of cheese on top of each steak and put it in the oven again.
Finish cooking, until the desired color is obtained.
