How to make
In a deep pan, stew the finely chopped onion, grated carrot and garlic.
Cut the pumpkin into cubes, pour the water, add black pepper and cook until done.
Then add the onion and carrot and blend and add the milk and cream.
Return to the heat and add the grated processed cheese, cook the pumpkin soup until boiling.
Remove the cream soup with pumpkin and processed cheese from the heat and serve it sprinkled with pumpkin seeds and parsley leaves.
