How to make
Thoroughly clean the hoki fish from the guts and heads. Optionally, debone them and leave only the fillets, or cut them into pieces without removing the spine.
You can leave them whole, and make a few slits with a knife along each fish. Season the fish well with salt and black pepper.
In a glass cook pot with a lid, place the fish and pour on the wine, lemon juice, olive oil and let them sit for 30 minutes. Then add onion, cut into crescents, the whole cleaned garlic cloves, chopped walnuts, lemon slices and add a little salt and pepper once again.
Put the lid on the glass cook pot and put it in the oven to bake for 45 minutes. Then remove the lid and bake finished.
