How to make
Heat oil in a large deep skillet. Sauté the onion and add the unpeeled garlic cloves (slightly crushed). Add chopped mushrooms and fry them too.
Add the peeled and mashed tomatoes, stir and add the chilies whole. Add some hot water, the peas and 1 tsp of butter.
Once they come to a boil, add the spices, stir and cover the pot. Allow to stew for 10 minutes. The curry is ready once the liquid is reduced.
