How to make
Soak the lentils in cold water for about 30 minutes and then rinse them well. Put them in a deep pot, add cold water, add the onions, olive oil and broth cubes and boil, then blend it with a blender.
If it is too thick, add hot water, return it to the heat just long enough to let it come to a boil. Sprinkle it with black pepper, parsley and lemon juice to taste.
