How to make
Beat the eggs and sugar until whitened and add the soft butter. Beat until the cream becomes smooth. Add the milk, lemon zest, lemon juice and vanilla.
Add the sifted with baking powder and salt flour and mix again, then add the blueberries. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured form.
Put the blueberry cake to bake in a moderately heated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 50-60 minutes.
