How to make
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, salt them and let them sit for at least 15 minutes to drain out the excess fluid. Squeeze the grated zucchini with your hands and transfer them into a deep dish.
Add the mince, spices, eggs and flour. Stir until you get a uniform mixture. Using a spoon, scoop from the mixture and then fry it in highly preheated oil on both sides.
Serve hot or cold - with yoghurt mixed with some chopped garlic and dill.
