How to make
Dissolve the yeast in water with the sugar and let it bubble. Sift the flour and pour the salt in a well in the middle, then the yeast and oil.
Knead a smooth dough and transfer it into an buttered bowl to rise. Roll out a round and flat bread, the size of the oven dish for baking, on a floured surface. Then transfer it into the buttered oven dish.
Brush with oil on top and sprinkle with mixed spices. Put the pita in a cold oven.
Turn it up to 390°F (200 °C) and then bake until ready.
