  • sour cream - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • black pepper

How to make

Wash the chicken well and cut it finely.

Add the finely chopped onion, the chopped hot pepper, the bay leaves, the finely chopped garlic cloves and the cooked and chopped mushrooms.

In the water in which we boiled the mushrooms, add all the products and cook at a high temperature on the stove.

When everything is ready, add the sour cream and let it boil for a few minutes, then turn off the heat.

Serve the stewed chicken with polenta.
