Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the oil, milk, flour with baking powder and vanilla.
Finally, add the hazelnuts. Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with paper. Arrange the sliced plums and sprinkle with the almonds.
Bake the cake at 360°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.
Cool and garnish with melted white chocolate.
