How to make
Finely chop the onion, garlic and parsley. Cut the pepper into cubes.
In heated olive oil fry the onion until transparent. Add the black pepper, after a few minutes the garlic and green beans.
Stir occasionally and simmer over moderate heat for 6-7 minutes without adding water.
When the liquid from the vegetables has completely evaporated, add the beef broth cube and the spices and start adding water a little at a time and continue to simmer until the beans soften.
Sprinkle the stewed green beans with the finely chopped parsley and serve as a side dish with a meat main course or fish.
