"Quick Turkish rolls with olives - they are delicious, try them"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 eggs (1 yolk is separated for spreading)
  • milk - 1 and 1/2 cups warm (200 ml capacity)
  • fresh yeast - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • olive oil - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 5 cups approximately
  • olives - 7 oz (200 g) chopped

How to make

In the warm milk dissolve the yeast, sugar and flour. Leave it for 10-15 minutes until activated.

A soft dough is kneaded from the listed products, which is left to rise for about 40 minutes.
