How to make
In the warm milk dissolve the yeast, sugar and flour. Leave it for 10-15 minutes until activated.
A soft dough is kneaded from the listed products, which is left to rise for about 40 minutes.
14 balls are made from the dough, which are spread out in a circle, in the middle of which the stuffing from the chopped olives is placed.
It is gathered like a bohcha and the small bread rolls are spread with yolk.
IMPORTANT! No need to wait for them to rise again. Bake at 360°F (180°C) until done.
