  • new potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg) fresh
  • thyme - 1 tbsp.
  • oregano - 1 tsp.
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - to taste
  • olive oil - 4 - 5 tbsp.

How to make

Peel and wash the potatoes. Place them in a bowl.

Add the spices and olive oil to them. Mix them well so that they are well coated with the spices.

Arrange the potatoes in a greased baking pan (they must be in one row).
