How to make

Lightly beat the eggs and fry them into an omelette. Cut it into strips. Cut the chicken into strips. Chop the green onions, cut the onion into rings and finely chop the garlic, as well as the peeled ginger. Julienne the cleaned pepper. Bake the peanuts and coconut without oil in a wok or deep pan.

Then remove them from the pan and add 3 tablespoons of oil. Fry the onion, garlic, ginger and chili peppers in it for 5-10 minutes until golden, stirring regularly. Add the pre-boiled rice and stir for another 3-4 minutes. Then add the chicken, green onions, cleaned shrimp, light soya sauce, lemon juice and sugar.

Mix well until everything is homogenized. Add part of the omelette strips and season with salt and pepper. Place everything into a large platter.

Put the rest of the eggs on top and sprinkle the Nasi Goreng with the roasted peanuts and coconut.
