How to make
Heat the water to a nice warm temperature. Crush half a cube of yeast into it with your fingers and add the sugar.
Mix well and set aside to rise for half an hour. Sift the flour, add salt and oil to it.
Pour the activated yeast and knead a soft dough. Divide the dough into balls, the size of your handful.
Arrange them in a floured tray and leave them in a warm place to rise well. As soon as they rise, they are ready for baking.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Flatten each ball with the palm of your hand. Cook them in the pan on both sides until golden.
While still warm, you can spread the skillet fluffy bazlama with butter.
