How to make
Put the bowl in the refrigerator until we need it.
Peel, clean and cut the apple into cubes and steam it until it softens (more of the vitamins are preserved that way, than when boiled).
The finished softened apples, are pureed and it is left to cool.
In the bag, crush biscuits using a rolling pin.
Once the puree has cooled, spread it at the bottom of two glasses and sprinkle with most of the cinnamon.
Distribute the crushed cookies on it and pour the cold vanilla yogurt.
Decorate by sprinkling some of the crushed biscuits and the rest of the cinnamon.
Put the apple dessert in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
