Ingredients

  • biscuits - 5.3 oz (150 g) of cocoa
  • strawberries - 10.5 oz (300 g) + for decoration
  • confectionery cream - 6.8 fl oz (200 ml)
  • milk - 4 cups (1 L)
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • flour - 2.6 oz (75 g)
  • corn starch - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • egg yolks - 1 pc.
  • vanilla - 1 tsp.
  • butter - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • mint leaves - for decoration

How to make

Grind the biscuits in a blender.

Cut the strawberries into thin slices.

In a bowl, beat the confectionery cream until it thickens.

Pour the milk and sugar into a pot. Heat it and add the flour and corn starch, which were previously dissolved in 6.8 fl oz (200 ml) of milk.

Add the yolk and boil the dairy cream over low heat until it has thickened, by stirring constantly.

Remove it from the heat, add vanilla and butter, mix well and let the cream cool slightly. Add the whipped cream and mix carefully with a spatula.

Put the ground biscuits in bowls or cups at the bottom. Arrange bits of strawberries on the sides of the cup, then fill with cream.

Smooth it out and sprinkle with crushed biscuits on top. Decorate with strawberries and mint leaves.
