How to make
In a bowl, mix the oil with the sugar, mix with a wire whisk for a few minutes. Add the orange juice and mix again.
Add the grated orange peel, coconut shavings, lemonade and a pinch of salt, mix.
Sift the flour and mix with 2 baking powders, add parts of it until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Grease the cake mold with oil and lightly sprinkle with flour, pour the mixture into it and place the mold in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C), bake until ready for about 50 minutes.
Leave the baked pound cake in the mold for about 10 minutes and turn it over on a suitable plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
The fluffy vegan pound cake is ready.
