How to make
Grate the chocolate on a fine grater or grind it in a blender. Melt the butter along with the chocolate and sugar in a water bath. Allow the chocolate mixture to cool slightly and add the egg, by beating well until homogeneous.
It's time to add the vanilla and almond flour and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a small heart mold, greased and sprinkled with cocoa. The quantity seems small, but it is enough for one shared dessert for two.
The size of the heart mold is 10/10-11 cm measured at the widest part of the heart. The bottom is detachable.
Prick two candies in the middle and place the pitted cherries on the sides, pressed, so that they sink in slightly.
The interesting point here is that I steam this dessert - 20 minutes in the appliance and it's ready. If you want, you can bake it in the oven for less time, but I don't know if the chocolate dessert will be as juicy as when it's steamed.
Carefully remove it from the mold and serve while still warm.
