How to make
Blend the dates with the other dried fruits (apricots, raisins, berries, banana) in a blender. They should be in small pieces, not mushy. Pour the grinded fruit into a bowl and mix with the spoonful of baking soda.
Heat the honey and water over moderate heat. As soon as it boils for 5 minutes, pour this syrup over the fruit, stir and let it cool for 30 minutes.
Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and sugar in a bowl. Add the flour, peanuts, baking powder and almost cooled fruit with the syrup to them.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and mix the sweet bread mixture well using a mixer with dough attachments or in a food processor. Do not mix it too much, only as much as is necessary to homogenize.
Grease a rectangular mold with approximate dimensions of 9.5x4″ (24x10 cm) and pour the mixture into it. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 40-50 minutes or until done. Finally, you can cover the bread with aluminum foil to prevent it from burning on top.
Remove from the oven and cool it on a wire rack. Cut the bread into slices and serve it with a glass of warm milk.
Enjoy!
