How to make
Finely chop the meat. Stew it in a little oil. Add the finely chopped bacon, onions and carrots.
After a few minutes, add the tomato puree and spices. From the sauerkraut leaves and the stuffing, roll up the sarma.
Arrange them in a baking pan, pour water and a little fat.
Bake at 390°F (200°C) for 40 minutes or until done.
The sauerkraut sarma with chopped meat and bacon are very tasty!
