Ingredients

  • pork - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • bacon - 9 oz (250 g)
  • onions - 1 onion
  • carrots - 1
  • tomato puree - 2 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • spices - optional
  • sauerkraut - 12 - 14 leaves

How to make

Finely chop the meat. Stew it in a little oil. Add the finely chopped bacon, onions and carrots.
