How to make
Prepare the marinade from the brown sugar, ginger, and teriyaki sauce. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
The chicken breast cut into pieces and marinated in some of the prepared marinade. They should not be floating in it, just be well covered.
Put the marinated chicken pieces in the fridge for about half an hour. Pour the corn starch into the rest of the marinade and stir until it has dissolved.
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the chicken pieces and fry for about 5 minutes. Pour the marinade with the starch, mix the dish and cover it with a lid. Cook for another 10 minutes.
You can serve the cooked dish with rice as a side dish.
