How to make
The cauliflower is washed and cut into florets.
If you prefer the cauliflower to be more crunchy, do not boil it in advance, but directly bread it or cover it with boiling water for a minute.
The products for the breading are blended with a blender.
The florets are salted.
Each one is dipped in the breading and fried in a deep pot with oil.
Drain the finished breaded cauliflower from excess fat on a napkin or kitchen paper.
Serve the breaded cauliflower appetizer with garlic yogurt sauce.
