  • yogurt - 7 oz (200 g)
  • flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • baking powder - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Mix 7 oz (200 g) of yogurt + the egg, then add a tablespoon of vanilla sugar and 2 tablespoons of sugar, add salt.

Beat all the products either with a mixer or with a whisk by hand.

After a homogeneous mixture is obtained, leave it aside and start with the flour.

Sift the flour into a separate bowl and add the baking powder to mix, then add the flour with the baking powder gradually to the resulting homogeneous mixture and mix.
