How to make
Heat the oil and pour the chopped carrot and onion into a deep frying pan. Once they are soft, pour in the chopped pork.
Add the bulgur and the rice once it turns white. Season with black pepper, savory herb, paprika and salt.
Stir and add the vine leaves, tomatoes and 3 cups of water.
Cook the bulgur dish until the ingredients soften.
Serve the bulgur with vine leaves and pork with yogurt.
