  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • chives - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp.
  • mustard - 2 tsp.
  • onion - 1/2 onion, finely grated

How to make

Wash the chives, dry them and finely chop them.

Put the feta cheese in a bowl, mash it with a fork, add the onion, mustard, cream, chives and mix everything well.

Serve the homemade cheese spread on toast or crackers.

If desired, you can add a grated hard-boiled egg to the homemade cream cheese with chives.
