How to make
Lemon juice is added to the milk and the mixture is left for 15 minutes.
The remaining products are sifted and a well is made in the middle. Pour the milk and knead the dough. Transfer it onto a floured surface and knead.
Shape it into a ball, which is flattened into a loaf - about 5 cm thick.
Bake in an oven preheated to 440°F (225°C) for 15 minutes. The temperature is reduced to 380°F (195°C) and baked for another 20-25 minutes.
The baked bread is turned over onto a wire rack and left to cool.
The black bread with soda is ready.
