  • flour - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • seeds - mix
  • sesame seeds

How to make

Sift the amount of flour into a container in advance.

Pour the lemonade into a cup and dissolve the baking powder in it. Wait for it to bubble and pour it into the well and add the rest of the products as well.

In another container, mix the baking soda and vinegar and add it to the flour.

A dough is obtained, which we leave wrapped in a towel to rest for some time.

Start shaping the bread by dividing the dough into 9-10 balls.
