The strawberries are cleaned and cut into small pieces. They are sprinkled with powdered sugar and slightly mashed to release the juice.
Mix the mascarpone, cottage cheese, condensed milk and vanilla essence until smooth.
Place a spoonful of the sliced strawberries on the bottom of cups or dessert bowls.
A layer of mascarpone cream is placed on top, strawberries again and they are finished off with cream.
The dessert is decorated with strawberries, mint leaves or something else to your taste.
