How to make
Most of the strawberries are grinded with a blender, put in a metal container with two spoons of sugar and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Put them on the stove and boil them, until a not very thick sauce is obtained. Once the desired thickness is achieved, the topping is removed from the heat to cool.
The milk is beaten with half a packet of Dr. Oetker into a smooth cream.
In another bowl, mix the mascarpone, sour cream and powdered sugar.
After mixing well, add two or three tablespoons of the cooled topping to the resulting cream.
Mix the strawberry cream well until a homogeneous pink color is obtained.
At the bottom of dessert bowls or jars, break some butter biscuits.
They are topped with a layer of pink cream, a layer of chopped fresh strawberries, followed by a layer of Dr. Oetker and finished off with a strawberry topping.
The irresistible strawberry cream is decorated with strawberries, mint leaves and the cups with the dessert are ready to be served.
