How to make

Who doesn't love the aroma and taste of freshly baked homemade bread? And how many of us refuse to start preparing it because the lack of time and often makes us too lazy to put in more effort?

There is a solution for those moments when we feel more lazy and want to save energy. This is this lazy bread, which is in no way inferior to those that require long and laborious preparation.

A food processor or mixer with dough attachments would make it even easier.

Put all the products in the bowl of the appliance and turn on the kneading function. 3-4 minutes at most and your bread dough will be ready without any effort.

And you really don't need the yeast to be activated beforehand when making this bread. At most, you can dissolve it in some of the water to make sure it will integrate perfectly into the dough.

Feel by touch whether the dough itself is still too soft and if necessary, add more flour.

Each type and brand of flour has a different ability to absorb liquids.

It is good for the occasion to combine 50/50 durum wheat flour with high gluten content and one that is lighter, one for pastries and sponge cakes.

In this way, the consistency itself becomes lighter and the texture of the bread becomes more airy.

The dough should remain softer, even if slightly sticky. To remove it from the bowl and shape it, grease your hands with oil or olive oil.

Put it in a round baking pan with a diameter of 9″ (22 cm), covered with baking paper.

Wait 40 minutes for it to rise, sprinkle it with flour and put it in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C).

Bake the bread until a nice golden brown color is obtained and check if it's fully baked by tapping on the crust - if it makes a hollow sound, it's done.

Leave it to cool on a wire rack and serve it to your table.

Enjoy your meal!
