How to make
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and mix them with the cream, yogurt, oil and soda.
Crumble the white cheese. If desired, you can also add a little grated yellow cheese.
Grease the bottom and sides of a baking pan and place the filo pastry sheets two by two, by distributing the dairy-cream filling evenly between them.
Finish by covering the layered filo pastry pie with two sheets and cut it into squares. Arrange thin pieces of butter on top.
Bake in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C) until golden brown - about 30-35 minutes.
Eat the filo pastry pie while it is warm or when it cools down - it's good in both versions - extremely soft, juicy and delicious.
