How to make

The venison is washed and cut into pieces.

In a deep vessel, mix all the ingredients for the game marinade and pour it over the meat, leaving it for 4-5 hours.

When the time is up, take it out of the marinade, wash it well and put it in a pot of cold water and let it boil.

It's best to use a pressure cooker because it cooks faster.

I used a pressure cooker.

After 10 minutes, take out the meat, pour out the water and add new water, also adding the white wine, black pepper, bay leaf, salt and a little fat, close the lid and boil until done.

This takes almost 2 hours.

During this time wash the new potatoes and cut them into crescents, as well as the onion.

Stew the onion in fat and a few spoons of water.

Add the potatoes to the onions and leave them for a while on low heat.

Add the peas, by stirring and add the paprika and peeled tomatoes and leave them under a lid for another 10 minutes.

Place the meat and pour 2 cups of the broth, stir slightly and leave the delicious dish for another 20 minutes.

Serve the venison with peas and new potatoes while the dish itself is still warm.
