How to make
Peel and chop the onion. Strain the mushrooms from the water in the jar.
Stew the mushrooms and onions in a pan with the butter.
Pour the cut gizzards into the pan, by adding soy sauce and black pepper to them.
Put all this in a baking pan and grate the yellow cheese on top.
Place it in the oven and bake until the cheese melts.
