  • black pepper
  • chicken gizzards - 0.9 lb (400 g) boiled
  • onion - 2 onions
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g) from a jar or fresh
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Peel and chop the onion. Strain the mushrooms from the water in the jar.
