How to make

First, stew the seasoned minced meat without adding olive oil until the liquid evaporates (while stirring constantly).

Add olive oil, onion, carrots and pepper. Fry for about 4-5 minutes.

Add the garlic, tomato juice and sugar, mix well. Reduce the heat to a lower level and put the lid on. Let it boil for 10-15 minutes.

Prepare the pasta in a pot by pouring the package Kritharaki pasta into a liter and a half of boiling salted water.

Boil, strain the cooked pasta and add it to the minced meat. Add the processed cheese and half the yellow cheese and mix. Season with salt and sprinkle with black pepper.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and bake the pasta in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until golden.

The Kritharaki Pasta with Minced Meat is served warm.
