How to make
The tomato is peeled, its seeds are removed and it is cut into small cubes.
In a large bowl, combine the diced tomato, finely chopped red pepper, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, sweet paprika, black pepper and half of the feta cheese. Blend.
Add the rest of the grated feta cheese.
The salad is mixed well and if necessary, seasoned with salt.
The appetizer is served sprinkled with onions, parsley and cayenne pepper and of course - with well-chilled ouzo.
