With a sharp, thin knife, cut off the lids and scoop out the insides of the oranges, being careful not to pierce the skin. From the removed fleshy part, extract the juice, from which you need to set aside 200 ml for the cream and from the rest you can prepare a wonderful fresh juice.
Heat the milk and sugar over medium heat.
Beat the yolks with the cocoa, flour and orange juice. Add the rum and the essence - it is to enhance the taste, but if you don't have it, you can do without it. If the dessert will be consumed by children, then use only essence.
Pour the chocolate mixture in a thin stream into the hot milk on the stove and stir intensively until the cream thickens. Cook for about 5-8 minutes, without stopping to stir, add the butter and remove it from the heat.
Pour the flavored cream into the orange cups and leave them to cool and harden. Close with the lids.
Using a black marker, draw eyes, noses and mouths on the mini Halloween pumpkins and decorate with green handles on the lids, according to your imagination.
