How to make
In a pot, pour 2 liters of water and add the parsley sprigs, a small head of cleaned onion and 2 level top tbsp. salt. Put the pot on the stove to boil and add the cleaned and washed chicken drumsticks and boil for 15 minutes.
Remove the drumsticks and arrange them onto kitchen paper, leave them dry from the water. Prepare the breading by beating the eggs in a bowl and adding the basil, finely chopped parsley, finely grated garlic cloves and mayonnaise.
Mix very well. In a separate plate, pour the sifted flour and in a third plate, mix the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Heat the oil over moderate heat, roll the dried drumsticks first in the flour, then in the egg mixture and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Fry, until they acquire an appetizing color on all sides, which happens in 3 to 5 minutes.
Arrange the finished breaded chicken drumsticks onto kitchen paper to drain the excess fat.
