How to make

I use two types of sweeteners - stevia for sweets, which replaces sugar 1:1 and erythritol powder . I mix the two sweeteners 50/50 because I like the taste better that way. You can only use one type of sweetener.

You can replace the keto sweetener with the same amount of sugar. I advise you to use powdered sugar in this case.

BASKETS:

To shape the baskets, I use regular silicone muffin molds.

In a blender, add all the ingredients for the dough and blend well.

You can leave the finished mixture in the refrigerator for a short time. After that it will be easier to shape the baskets.

Take a bit of the mixture, make a ball and place it on the bottom of the mold. The molds are silicone and do not need to be greased.

With your fingers, begin to spread it on the walls. If it seems to you that the mixture is not enough, add more.

I baked the baskets in the air fryer on the bake program for 10 minutes at 320°F (160°C). You can also bake them in the oven at 360°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye on them.

Before removing the baskets from the molds, press the insides against the walls with your fingers.

Carefully remove the baskets and let them cool completely. They are easy to remove.

FILLING:

To make the filling, first whip the cream until thick. For this purpose, it must have been in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Then add 3.5 oz (100 g) homemade lemon cream and the other ingredients and beat again.

Fill the baskets with a suitable piping bag. Refrigerate the tartlets for at least an hour. Then you can enjoy the perfect keto dessert.
