For these delicious potatoes with mushrooms, clean the parasol mushrooms and remove their stumps. Cut them into chunks.
Peel and roughly chop the potatoes as well.
Peel the garlic and just cut the cloves in half (lengthwise).
Mix the vegetables with the olive oil, rosemary, salt and paprika.
Spread the mixture in an even layer in a baking pan and add about 50-100 ml of water. Arrange pieces of butter on top.
Bake the potatoes in a moderately heated oven at 360°F (180°C) until golden brown.
The potatoes with parasol mushrooms are a very aromatic appetizer or side dish for roasted meat.
