"A great potato side dish for your main course"

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 4 pcs. large
  • field mushrooms - 10 pcs. - 7 oz (200 g)
  • peas - 4 handfuls, fresh or frozen
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • thyme - 1 tbsp. dried
  • black pepper - 3 pinches
  • paprika - 3 pinches
  • cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
  • salt - 1 tsp. or to taste
  • vegetable spice - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • water - 2/3 cup (150 ml)

How to make

Peel and cut the potatoes into large cubes.

The field mushrooms are cleaned and cut lengthwise into thick slices along with the stems. It is enough to cut large mushrooms into two or three pieces and if they are very small, they can be added whole.

Peel and halve the garlic cloves and add them to the rest of the vegetables along with the peas.

Pour oil, salt and season with spices. Mix well, pour the water and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake the vegetables in a 390°F (200°C) oven for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake until they acquire a light crust.

Serve the delicious potatoes with mushrooms and peas as a main course or side dish.
